She's a power house of energy and always devoted to getting the job done right. If anyone can win this battle it's her.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6897233608659313746.post-83964226164465144712010-01-16T01:30:17.422-05:002010-01-16T01:30:17.422-05:00I was a student of Dr. Colton's at Shenandoah....I was a student of Dr. Colton's at Shenandoah. Took every class she offered for two years. An absolutely incredible woman to whom I am forever indebted. She made headlines in the first gulf war as a "pool busting" (rather than taking the pool feed from military-escorted journalists, when she heard the war was starting, she went out looking for it) correspondent who had a troop of Iraqi soldiers surrender to her because she was wearing a mish-mash of allied uniforms. This woman is unstoppable. Sad to learn of her frustrations.ianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14225047505601541442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6897233608659313746.post-9806645764997253912009-09-22T16:30:39.472-04:002009-09-22T16:30:39.472-04:00Thanks Hannah! It just doesn't seem right that an FSO serving in a warzone gets an extension but multiple service in a warzone and high threat posts would not get a similar consideration. I'm wondering if high threat posts are in sub-tiers now...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6897233608659313746.post-46320781876803616362009-09-21T07:00:16.442-04:002009-09-21T07:00:16.442-04:00That timeline is incredible! Guess it just depends on where you're serving.hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14664942400486395078noreply@blogger.com
