SFRC Clears Palmer, Brownfield, Nides, also clears nominees for USAID, OPIC, MCC and UNGA

On December 14, the SFRC cleared the following executive nominations for the State Department, USAID, OPIC. MCC and represenatives to the 65th UNGA. Nominations now go to full Senate vote.  Not sure if that is going to happen before they close shop for the year.

The nominations of three career FSOs to the rank of career ambassador were tabled in the SFRC's December 14 business meeting, but does not appear to have gone out of committee (at least they're not listed as reported by Mr. Kerry in the Senate's executive calendar).
