Today's the day! Nate Silver has offered his final election projection over at FiveThirtyEight. He'll be covering the election with Dan Rather at HDNet. Coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET. Meanwhile if you are tracking the results as they come in here are a couple of places to check them out. The New York Times has the Election 2008 Results here and will also offer online video updates every half-hour from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. ET, with reports from Times political correspondents. For live election coverage online see the Talking Points Memo’s Election Night 2008 Scoreboard. TPM will be live-streaming and providing live election results via a map created in partnership with Google. Starting at 6 PM Eastern the map will start streaming live election results for the presidential, Senate and House races. You can either hover over a state or district to see the results or use the drop-down option to click on the state or district to see results down to the county level. Looks really super cool.
